Pest proofing, also called exclusion, seals the gaps pests use to get in. In warehouses, the usual trouble spots are worn seals on dock and overhead doors, gaps where utilities enter the building, cracks along the foundation and openings around vents. The technician will point these out during the inspection, and sealing them is available as a separate service when it makes sense for your building.

For monthly rodent service and general treatments, no. Those are done while your business runs. Some specialty treatments need the area closed while they’re applied, both for safety and so they work. If yours does, we’ll tell you before anything is scheduled.
